In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, an aspiring author wrote and published an allegorical work of literature that highlights difficulties and experiences that several faced during the pandemic. Landon Rogers, son of Will and Dana Rogers and grandson of Mary Rogers, grew up in Perry, graduating from Perry High School in 2007.
